WASHINGTON AREA SENIOR CITIZENS CENTER, INC Center in the City will be opened from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on July 11 and 25. You will be able to play cards, work on jigsaw puzzles, play board games, use the computer lab, movies, and nickel bingo. There will be Home cooked food available to purchase. Card Party is August 5, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. Tickets are a donation of $5.00 and will be available beginning July 6. This is one of our biggest fundraiser, so come and have a good time and support our center. We are starting a Tai Chi Class on Wednesday mornings. The fee will be $5.00 per class. Please let us know in the office if you are interested. Trips for 2009 August 18 - Wild Things Game - $10 - Seats are on first base side. October 20 - Ligonier, PA for a murder mystery luncheon with a Halloween Theme Price $ 67 - Deposit of $10 required Please sign up in the office
Mission Statement: Washington Area Senior Citizens Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization that helps to meet the needs of Senior Citizens. Center programs and activities help the elderly maintain their personal independence, reduce loneliness, increase a sense of belonging and status in society, remain active, and live out their lives in dignity.
